Session Fees

Session fees will be increasing as of the 1st June 2025 by $10.00

When booking trauma sessions with Carolyn, new clients need to book the- first session a NEW CLIENT session, Second session- Pre-trauma session and third session Trauma/BIRTH TRAUMA session.

Any sessions paid for by CC on Jane will have additional Jane admin fees.

I am a Registered Psychologist with The College of Alberta Psychologists. I am trained and certified as a Therapeutic Play Practitioner with The Rocky Mountain Play Institute. I work with children and families suffering from anxiety, depression, family transitions (divorce, separation), domestic violence, grief, and developmental trauma. As said best by Gary Landreth: “Toys are children’s words and play is their language”.

I am also trained and experienced working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) suffering from domestic abuse and relational trauma. I have worked as a domestic violence therapist in central Alberta over the past two years, and recognize the significant need in our area for therapeutic support. As a former midwife and nurse in Belfast, I have brought my dedication as a midwife together with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to assist individuals, couples, and families who are struggling specifically with perinatal trauma.
